Youth club is for young people aged between 14 and 24 years, to get together, have fun and make new friends. It is currently every Thursday in term time, 7 – 9pm and costs £3. Come along and join the fun! Make sure you give our “Friends of Fairfield” Facebook Page a like to keep up to date with all the latest goings on around the college.

College staff facilitate and supervise Youth Club attendees and activities. We cannot provide specific or additional support to attendees, this type of support must be provided by the young person by way of a Personal Assistant or external Support Worker.

Whether you are a residential student, come to stay for a short or weekend break or if you are on Steps to Independence, you are supported to make choices and participate in a range of social activities e.g. cinema, bowling, visits to the beach, etc. Each activity is also an opportunity for learning and you are encouraged to help plan your outings and to consider any risks.

Weekend activities are usually in house groups but often alternative arrangements can be made to meet individual wishes. There is a large common  room on the college site where meetings, clubs, discos and parties, etc. are held

We have a conference room available to hire on Friday evenings for student birthday parties.

We have a 3G pitch for sports and leisure activities!
