ESFA 16 TO 19 TUITION FUND

The Government recently allocated a one-off fund of £96m to schools and colleges. This funding is for students needing additional support in English, maths and other courses, where learning has been disrupted as a result of Covid-19 and the associated lockdown. Fairfield has been allocated £30k to support students and have recruited additional Learning Support Assistants as well as introduced two new Higher Level Teaching Assistant posts. These additional and specialist staff will support targeted students to catch up and meet their individual targets in line with their EHCP outcomes.
