This week the Fairfield Farm College Sports Leaders have been learning about how to motivate. They thought about how they could encourage each other to do well & how to create activities that challenge & provide success. They demonstrated, used big clear voices, made eye contact & gave lots of positive feedback. There was lots of improvement & the team’s confidence increases week on week. Well done everyone!
